<Common items related to all repairs> Please read carefully.
・By repairing or checking at our shops, in many cases, it will not be covered by warranty or support service of manufacturer, sales agent or carrier etc.
・In the process of repair or inspection by our Technician, scratches, dents, chips, etc. may occur on the frame, screen and other parts of the repaired product.
・ since repair or inspection is done by hand, we can not guarantee factory quality and waterproof performance on repaired goods after repair or inspection.
・We will not touch the data area in our repair or inspection at our shop at all, so we will not take any responsibility even if data change or disappearance occurs in the repaired item by any chance. If you are worried please backup the data in advance.
・Since our repair or inspection is limited to specific part, we do not take any responsibility for breakage, breakdown, trouble etc. other than repaired or inspected part.
・Even if it is not possible to repair due to disassembly work, work fee of 3,500 to 5,000 yen will be charged depending on model and symptom.
・it may take more time for repair or inspect, beyond the scheduled delivery time reported at the time of reception, for reasons such as a worse condition than previously assumed.
・During the repair we may find symptoms and causes other than visible/known by appearance. In that case, the continuation of repair or inspection, in consultation from us, we will determine whether or not to continue by the customer.
・The symptoms caused by glass breakage, etc. in many cases, have occurred bending or distortion of the frame. We will correct as much as possible , but since it can not be completely repaired, the LCD screen and the back panel may in some cases float after repair.
・Regarding Devices that have fallen or collided/repaired in the past, in many cases, bending and distortion of the frame are occurring. Therefore, after repair or inspection by our company, the glass is easier to break than repair or inspection due to slight frame distortion. Please handle carefully in future.
・The part which was repaired or inspected at our company, only the symptoms of the initial malfunction of the part will be subject to the warranty after repair (one month from the delivery date).
・After the repair or inspection by our company, if you disassemble the repair item by yourself, it will be out of the scope of the above warranty at that time.
・We will not be liable for devices that can not be repaired due to been remodeled or customized prior to our acceptance for repair or inspection, or devices with past repair history / submersion history.
・From the scheduled completion date of repair or inspection by our company, the period of keeping the repair items at our shops shall be the longest – 2 months, after that we regard the customer as abandoning the ownership of the repaired item, We will dispose of it.
・When repairing at our shop that requires parts replacement, color tone of the screen and the pressing condition of the button may change.
・In order to check the operation of the repaired item after the repair or the point at our company (check whether the camera, the microphone, the speaker, etc. function normally or the like), the repair item is subjected to passcode lock, password lock, swipe lock etc. If it is, please cancel it in advance or fill them in the prescribed column of the reception form. If you can not cancel Passcode Lock etc., we can not confirm the operation before and after, so we can not guarantee at all even if trouble etc. occur.
<Exceptions on submergence and symptoms that can not turn on>
・If the repaired item is submerged (or it is found at the time of repair or inspection that the submersion has accrued), the objective is to restore the data of the repaired item. In this case, it is not intended to aim for continuous use or guarantee of repaired goods. Please make a backup of the data promptly after receipt of the repaired item.
・Since it is not intended to restore the repaired item itself so that it can be used as it was, it recovered to a state where data can be retrieved (a state where the data can be retrieved, a screen is attached, and a touch operation can be performed) irrespective of whether or not it was known beforehand In case, repair fee will be charged. In addition, even if you can not recover the data to the state where it can be retrieved (repair impossible), the basic work fee will be charged 3,500 yen (excluding tax).
・After completion of repair, symptoms may worsen (the worst is un activated) immediately after handover to the customer or after a certain period of time even if it is a repaired item being activated, and a problem other than the repair occurs . This is due to not being caused by repair, but due to submergence effect, so repaired items submerged will not be covered under warranty after repair.

・Because of the nature of its structure, engineers need to remove the liquid crystal screen in all repair or inspection, but since the liquid crystal screen is fragile and necessarily breakable when it is removed, a repair charge for liquid crystal screen repair will be charged. Please note this point when asking for repair or inspection other than screen cracking.
・Due to the nature of its structure, Surface may cause unexpected troubles or worsening (non-activation) of symptoms by repairing or checking. Please acknowledge this point when asking for repair or inspection.

・After engineers replace the lens during repair or inspection, the focus may be out of focus due to manual focus adjustment.
・In some cases during repair or inspection at our company, the device at hand will be unrepairable . Even in that case, the basic work fee will be charged 5,000 yen (excluding tax).
