How to Rent and Return

1. You Can Place Your Orders Over The Phone Or Online. Telephone Orders Are Available From 9 Am To To 8 Pm On Mon-Sat. Online Orders Are Available 24 Hours A Day, Every Day. The Rental Fees And Shipping Costs Would Be Charged Before The Shipment Of rental items.

2. Rental Items Would Be Delivered To You If Our Messengers Or Post Office. If You Stay In Tokyo 23 Wards, Place Your Order Between 9 Am And 4 Pm On Mon-Sat, You Can Get Rental Items In 3 Hours. The Rental Items Would Be Left at the front desk if the delivery address is a hotel. You can also pick it up at one of our shops across Japan.

3 .To return, put rental items into the return shipping bag provided by us. Beyond its rental end .. Can request an extension over the phone or via email to keep the rental item.

 

4. Any rental items have been returned, we will send a detailed invoice email and, if any, your credit card will be charged for extension fees, calling rates and sms rates.

 

 

Refund

Please contact us and post back item the 2nd from the start date if you wish to get a Refund. * Express shipping fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation

We are a full refund when an cancellation before 5 days or more prior to the start date. The balance will be paid back to you.

1. Put the items in the prepaid return envelope we provide. You do not need to buy stamps.
2. Drop the envelope into the red mailbox anywhere in Japan by the midnight the return date.
3. Drop the envelope into one of our shops, located all around main stations in Japan.

Our service is rental. All items including SIM cards need to be posted back on the last day of your rental.

We will check the postmark on the envelope as well as the data usage history.

You may be able to find the red mailbox on streets and in the airports.

• No return fee. Return envelope will be provided.
• One return envelope provided per order.
  * If you order multiple items with different return dates, one envelope per each return date will be provided.

Rental Fee

All prices below include consumption taxes, the rental fees also include data usage fees and damage insurance. No overage fees or hidden costs.
