    Policy concerning Terms and Conditions

     The manufacturer’s warranty or support service for your phone may no longer be valid after repair/disassembly work.

     Due to the manual nature of the repair work, we are unable to guarantee that the original factory quality and/or waterproof performance of your phone will be maintained.

     We will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any malfunction, failure, or damage other than those associated with the specific parts we are repairing.

     The repair work will not affect the data stored on your phone; therefore, we will not be liable for any changes to or loss of data. Should you have concerns about the data on your phone, we hereby advise you to back up your data, using iTunes or another means, prior to any repair.

     In some cases, after disassembling and examining a phone, we discover that it cannot be repaired.  The replacement of a component could alter the screen colour tone or mechanical action of a button.

     Depending on the type of damage to your phone, the time required for repair may be longer than estimated and the cost may be higher than quoted.

     When external damage such as a broken screen appears to be the only cause of a problem, disassembly work may reveal that replacement of another component is required at an additional cost.

     Water damage is not covered under our repair service guarantee. Aside from our basic nonrefundable fee (JPY3,300, including tax), applicable also when a phone cannot be repaired, we only charge repair costs for water-damaged phones when the data has been recovered, regardless of whether or not we had known of such damage. Moreover, if a phone that has been repaired following water damage can be activated immediately, its condition could decline and, in the worst cases, could cease to function or have other problems beyond the scope of our repair.

     We will not be liable for phones that cannot be repaired due to prior alteration or customisation or that have been previously repaired or water-damaged.

     Be sure to unlock your phone in advance of any repair. We will not be liable for any problem related to our unlocking of the phone if you are unable to do so.

     Your phone will remain at our shop for no longer than two months following the expected repair completion date; subsequent to that date it will be subject to disposal.

     Our 30-day guarantee covers only the part(s) we repair,and do not extend to other parts of the device.
